Screen Printing, Sublimation & More

Our Bangkok factory provides multiple in-house garment printing options, including screen printing, sublimation, rubber printing, DTG, and DTF. Each method delivers reliable, high-quality results depending on your design and fabric requirements.

Screen Printing

A classic, durable printing method ideal for bold designs and large orders.

Pros:

  • Long-lasting and highly durable

  • Vibrant, solid colours

  • Very cost-effective for bulk orders

Cons:

  • Not ideal for highly detailed or photo designs

  • More expensive for very small quantities due to setup costs

Best For: Cotton, cotton blends, polyester, uniforms, merch, corporate tees
Best Volume: Medium to large orders
Budget: Best price for bulk jobs; higher setup cost for small runs

Sublimation Printing

Full-colour printing that dyes the fabric for a soft, permanent finish.

Pros:

  • No peeling or cracking — colours are infused into the fabric

  • Perfect for all-over prints and high-detail graphics

  • Lightweight and breathable finish

Cons:

  • Works only on polyester or high-poly blends

  • Not suitable for cotton garments

Best For: 100% polyester, sportswear, jerseys, uniforms, all-over prints
Best Volume: Any order size (small or large)
Budget: Affordable; no setup fees; cost depends on print coverage

Rubber Printing (Puff/Raised Print)

A premium raised texture that adds depth and a bold, standout finish.

Pros:

  • Unique 3D look and feel

  • Strong, durable, and long-lasting

  • Great for logos and statement designs

Cons:

  • Not ideal for highly detailed artwork

  • Slightly heavier than standard prints

Best For: Cotton, heavy cotton, hoodies, streetwear, premium garments
Best Volume: Small to large orders
Budget: Slightly higher than standard screen printing

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing

High-detail digital printing ideal for small quantities and cotton garments.

Pros:

  • Perfect for photo-quality or multicolour designs

  • No minimum order

  • Soft feel, prints directly into the fabric

Cons:

  • Not as durable as screen printing

  • Works best only on cotton

  • Not suitable for bulk orders due to slower printing time

Best For: 100% cotton T-shirts, small batches, samples, one-off designs
Best Volume: Small orders, low quantities
Budget: Higher cost per piece, but no setup fees

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing

A versatile, flexible print that works on almost any fabric.

Pros:

  • High detail and strong colour reproduction

  • Works on cotton, polyester, blends, and difficult fabrics

  • Good durability and wash resistance

  • Great for small orders and mixed designs

Cons:

  • Slightly more “film-like” feel compared to DTG

  • Not ideal for all-over prints

Best For: Cotton, polyester, blends, bags, shorts, uniforms
Best Volume: Small to medium orders
Budget: Affordable for low quantities; no setup cost
